Ambassador: Didre
Since last year, Museumnacht Enschede has added a few ambassadors to help us out with various things! From the very beginning, they help brainstorm the program and how to create the best possible Museumnacht Enschede experience for our visitors. They share tips on cultural events in and around Enschede hosted by or with our partners, and they will definitely be sharing their personal picks from the 2026 Museumnacht Enschede program! So, keep a close eye on our social media and newsletter for those.
Who is Didre?
My name is Didre! I came to Enschede for my studies at the UT with a head full of dreams and a desire to change the world. As a true adult, however, I learned that the world might have other ideas about that. When I first attended Museumnacht in 2022, a new spark was ignited. Dancing together to unique music, watching a film that helps you understand someone else's life path, or experiencing art that leaves a deep impression without you knowing exactly why... that is what gives life color and meaning. Since then, I have contributed to many cultural projects and organizations. Everything I do is to pass that feeling on to others.
As an artist, I have gotten to know every layer of this city. We may be located in the far East, but the culture being created and showcased here is truly magnificent! We should be really proud of that.
I am now very happy and proud to be an ambassador for Museumnacht 2026 – because I hope that others will be touched and inspired just as I was.
